User experience (UX) can be in details

Wall of Tweets, our twitterwall is often shaped thanks to the continuous feedback that we are receiving from hundreds of users and customers. But there is one thing that we’ve noticed that users are always pointing out. If they see it – of course.

It is about those little big details. Though you can sometimes even miss them, once you see them they provide you with certain emotions of gratification and satisfaction. Again, if they have been crafted with passion and sense.

Wall of Tweets at World Economic Forum in Davos 2011 and at Macworld with NAVIGON

Usually announcements like this are covered with professional PR (and we will most likely have one as well) but personally I’m a big fan of Cluetrain Manifesto and their idea that markets are conversations and that their members do communicate in language that is natural, honest, open and genuine. It’s all about the real human voice and that’s why all our blog posts are written by my team members here at UX Passion – in their own words.

So, today, I have two major and very exciting announcements to share with you. Our Wall of Tweets twitterwall solution is running at the 41st World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. It’s a part of their Social Media Corner and it’s been highly customized for this occasion. We’ve teamed up with WEF’s team to provide best possible Twitter experience for their journalists, their guests and all attendees. And we are talking about names like Claus Schwab, CEOs of most successful and prominent companies, world leaders, presidents, ministers…

So, here’s more about it…

Today, I’m proud to announce several new features and improvements that have been added to Wall of Tweets v 2.0 as of today. They are still going through some testing but feedback and first results are really promising. Wow, I’m always excited like a little kid when I’m making announcement like this one (I don’t want to lose this feeling. Ever.)

So, without any further ado…
